No. It is your choice. Owners use their home as a personal getaway, a full-time residence, a rental property or a mix of all three. To offer short-term rentals, owners complete a Short Term Rental Election Agreement, which our sales team can provide.

MVCB Bungalows LLC and MVCB Construction LLC are solely responsible for the content of all advertising and marketing materials. However, they will provide some of that content for Margaritaville to include in its emails or other forms of advertising and marketing.
