Brad Ballard is the developer who put the Camp Margaritaville Resort Crystal Beach project together from day one. His company, NewCoast Properties, builds every Beach Bungalow. Brad has more than 20 years of experience in commercial development and coastal construction, and NewCoast self-performs the work instead of handing it to an outside homebuilder.
