Every home is built to the IBHS FORTIFIED Gold standard—the highest FORTIFIED designation offered by the Insurance Institute for Business & Home Safety. This includes a sealed roof deck, enhanced fastening and an engineered load path from the roof ridge to the pilings. FORTIFIED construction may also be recognized by insurance providers; buyers should confirm coverage and potential savings with their insurer.
No, these are homes that are built on site, not trucked in. Our homes are framed on site one at a time by local crews – not factory-build modules trucked in and set. Real construction on your own lot, that you can walk while it goes up.
