This includes a sealed roof deck, enhanced fastening and an engineered load path from the roof ridge to the pilings, with independent evaluators inspecting each home during construction. we are one of very few builders on the Texas coast building to this level. FORTIFIED construction may also be recognized by insurance providers; buyers should confirm coverage and potential savings with their insurer.
